What is WPC?
WPC stands for Wood Polymer Composites. Polymers are reinforced by incorporating the wood powder and fibres discharged from mills and factories as well as agriculture residues.
Is WPC Safe?
WPC production is a 100% safe manufacturing practice, releasing no air and water pollution and having no process waste of materials. The production waste can also be recycled into top quality product again.WPC is a highly eco-friendly product having no formaldehyde emission.
Brief us about OHH PLASTICS?
OHH PLASTICS were designed:

  • Transform the perception about the conventional wood based ply boards.
  • Develop green products for a better, greener and a sustainable environment.

OHH PLASTICSis a new generation of Green and Durable engineered boards. The Product is engineered to resolve all the common problems experienced in interior decoration when using natural wood based board (Ply Wood, MDF, Particle Board,), whilst enhancing the functional properties . These problems include swelling, termite damage and exposure to toxic formaldehyde emission.

What are the dimensions of OHH PLASTICS?
OHH PLASTICS come in a standard dimension of 1220MM by 2440MM, with thickness varying from 5 MM to 18MM. However, the popular sizes are 6, 12 and 18MM.

Can OHH PLASTICS be used by Conventional carpenters?
The answer is definitely YES!!! It can be cut, drilled, nailed and sanded like normal wood based boards. All these processes can be done with standard and conventional carpenter tools.
Can OHH PLASTICS be used on modular furniture machines?
OHH PLASTICScan be easily processed with all board processing machines like Board saw, Beam saw, Vacuum press, CNC Router, Edge benders, Multi boring and other machines.
What are the areas of application for OHH PLASTICS?

How are OHH PLASTICS most technologically advanced?
OHH PLASTICS are not just single layer wood polymer composite boards. Infact at OHH, boards are prepared using the Multi-layer Technology. In this technology, there are 3 significant layers are visible which gives it a look and feel of pre laminated boards.
What is the guarantee of the OHH PLASTICS?

OHH PLASTICS offers Lifetime guarantee for being:

  • 100% formaldehyde and toxic free
  • Any damage due to termite, pest, bacteria, fungus and boring insects
  • Any damage caused due to exposure to water or moisture.

The material has been tested and has passed the requirements for all these aspects as per the international standards.

What are the color options in OHH PLASTICS?

At Present, we are manufacturing twocolours which are under mentioned:

  • Frosty White
  • We are currently manufacturing the color mentioned as under.
What grade of Polymers are used to manufacture OHH PLASTICS?
Only Virgin grade thermo polymers are used to manufacture the OHH PLASTICS, which makes it a Pure Green product.
What adhesives are used on OHH PLASTICS for gluing laminates or veneers?
All water based adhesives (PVC to Wood) manufactured by Fevicol, Jowat (148.20) etc. can be used for pasting any laminate or veneer on surface of OHH PLASTICS. The recommended glue is formaldehyde and solvent free.
Is there a need to sand before pasting any laminate or veneer on OHH PLASTICS?
The smooth surface of OHH PLASTICS makes it feel that, before applying any adhesive, we need to sand the surface!!! However, we don’t need to sand the surface as OHH PLASTICS are manufactured using cross linking polymer technology, which ensures perfect and durable gluing of laminate to Board.

What is the screwing or nailing strength in OHH PLASTICS?

All types of screws and nails can be easily drilled or nailed with the help of conventional tools. When u screw on OHH PLASTICS, then the sturdy combination of virgin polymers and dried wood fibres, insures that it forms a circular ring. Thus, even if u screw or unscrew at the same position for more than 10 times also, it doesn’t gets free. Moreover, any hardware once screwed will never become loose. Thus, OHH PLASTICS
